Introduction
Sparkbuilt Labs is a sole proprietorship registered in the State of Illinois under an assumed business name ("doing business as" or DBA). When this Privacy Policy refers to "Sparkbuilt Labs," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to that sole proprietorship and its owner operating under the Sparkbuilt Labs name.
Sparkbuilt Labs builds mobile applications and SaaS products. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use any of our applications or services, including Theradi and any future Sparkbuilt Labs products (collectively, the "Services").

Theradi is a mental health and therapy reflection application. We understand the sensitive nature of the information you may share and are committed to protecting it with the highest level of care.

- Account Information: Your name and email address when you register for an account.
- Reflection Content: Journal entries, therapy session notes, mood logs, and other personal reflections you create within our applications. This content is considered sensitive personal information and is treated with the highest level of care.
- Communications: Any messages or correspondence you send to our support team.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data about how you interact with our applications, such as features used, session duration, and general usage patterns. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve our products.
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens used to deliver push notifications you have opted into. These are not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
- Device Information: General information such as operating system version and device type, used for compatibility and bug resolution purposes.

We do not collect:
- Payment or financial information (handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play).
- Location data.
- Contacts, photos, or other device data unless explicitly required and disclosed for a specific feature.

- To sync your data across your devices (where cloud sync is enabled).

For Theradi specifically: your personal reflection entries and therapy notes are encrypted in transit and at rest. We treat this content as strictly confidential.
While we take security seriously and implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it does not identify individual users.
Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
